The Reception Team have been instructed by the GP Partners to ask their patients a couple of non intrusive questions for them to be able to give you access to the most appropriate clinician on the day.

Our did not attend policy has been amended from 1 April 2016, for further details see appointments tab.

If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you need to make an appointment with the practice nurse to discuss your travel arrangements. This will include which countries and areas within countries that you are visiting to determine what vaccinations are required.

It is important to make this initial appointment as early as possible - at least 4 weeks before you travel.  If you have access to our online booking system you are able to book your appointment in the specified travel slot ONLY.

Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.

Please note a travel vaccination form MUST be completed and handed to our receptionists 4 weeks before your travel appointment with the nurse.
