Minor Ailments
   


     Please give two working days notice when
     requesting repeat prescriptions. (NB:
     Saturday and Sunday are not working days)

     Either mark your computer repeat slip with
     the items you require and leave the slip at
     reception. Or you may write to us enclosing
     a SAE; we will send the prescription back by
     return. This will take longer than 48 hours.

Prescription Request

     Unfortunately, we have had to withdraw our repeat prescription telephone facility as details given
     were often inaudible or inaccurate and this led to some errors. However you can arrange for the
     Chemist to collect your prescription though you will need to arrange this with the Chemist
     yourself. Boots and Smiths currently provide this service.

 absent from the UK for longer than 3 Months please take note

No Prescription will be issued for more than 3 months

Reasons: Continuity of Care can not be followed up

No NHS Entitlement if out of UK 3 Months

Must de-register with the Practice and re-register on arrival back
