NB: The surgery will be closed for staff training and administrative work from 1:00 to 2 pm every Monday and Wednesday lunchtime. During these times the duty doctor is available for emergencies. An answer-phone  message gives contact details.

Once a month, the practice closes from 12 midday to 5 om for Protected Time. This is an initiative from the Primaryy Care Trust dedicated to educational sessions for all staff.

Surgery Times

When not away from the surgery, on annual leave or attending educational courses. The doctors each hold a 2-hour surgery in the morning and afternoon. Reception staff will advise on times.

Midwife Clinics for Ante-Natal Care

Tuesday/Wednesday  2pm - 4:30pm
Anti-Natal Appointments: Thursday 1:30 - 4:30pm ( booking in newly pregnant patients )
( Booking appointments can be arranged by the receptionists )

Nursing cover is provided at morning and evening surgery.

Family Health Drop-In Sessions

Health Visitors are available in the Polyclinic Room at Westcroft from 11:30am - 10pm on Wednesdays to give health information and advice to families with babies over 1 year old. A drop in sessions are also available.
