Accordingly, to check up on your results, after 7 working days, please
telephone the surgery between 2pm – 4pm when the reception staff are
less busy.
If the results are
abnormal we will contact you, so please ensure that we have an
up to date phone number for you on our records. If you are out and
there is any answer phone we do not leave messages. If
we are unable to contact you about an abnormal result we will notify
you of the result by letter.
Suggestions, Complaints and Accolades
We try to give all our
patients the best care and attention. If you have any suggestions to
improve our service then kindly give these to the practice manager.
Should you have the need to discuss complaints then we run an in-house
complaints system, please write to or arrange an appointment to see
our practice manager. If you feel we have done well it is also nice to
know.

Sessions
Health Visitors are
available in the Polyclinic Room from 9.30 – 11.30am on Fridays to
give health information and advice to families and children. Babies
and children can be weighed on request.
You do not need an appointment

appointments are prepared centrally not by the practice. Please
cancel the appointment sent if you are unable to attend. It is
best if the child can be brought by one or both parents because of the
legal aspects of consent.
Always bring your "Red
Book".
